I’m a Big Bear resident but I also have a sheet metal fabrication facility in Chatsworth, Ca. I’m at my house in Moonridge every weekend and often during the week as well. If you need any custom fabricated sheet metal items please see the ordering instructions below. We can shear and bend up to 120” in length and up to 14 Ga. mild steel and 16 Ga. stainless steel.

Plenums, ductwork transitions, custom gutters, leaderheads, chimney caps, roof flashings, water heater pans, wall caps, scupper drains, deck drains, downspouts.

Materials available:

Galvanized, stainless steel, copper, bonderized, Kynar, TPO, PVC.

Chimney Caps, technically known as chase covers, attach at the top of a chimney. They can either be decorative or functional, featuring a penetration and collar for the installation of a flu and spark arrestor.

Some chimney caps employ a surround. this is a rectangular sheet metal fabrication that hides the spark arrestor.

JCR Metal Works can manufacture chimney caps out of galvanized, stainless steel, copper, or kynar. We can manufacture with a penetration, surround, and spark arrestor.
